A little bit about me: I'm a wife, a bonus mom to two awesome kiddos, a small-business owner, and a coffee enthusiast (it's a problem, I know).
I grew up an athlete, where pain seemed to be part of the game. Sprained ankles, sore muscles, and Achilles tendonitis were a normal part of my life in high school and college, and I didn't have the lights back then. As we get older, recovery takes a little longer, chronic injuries slow us down, and one tweak in the gym or at a dance-off can set off a domino effect in our bodies (we're only getting younger, right?!). Today, my lights are part of my everyday take-on-life-and-WIN routine.
Inlight first came into my life at 25, during one of the hardest seasons of mental health I've had. I was exhausted, anxious, not sleeping, and stuck in a deep two-year depression, and nothing I tried made a real difference. My mom introduced me to my first Inlight system, and I started using it every day for 20 minutes. Within a week I felt something I hadn't felt in a long time: hope. I called her in tears.

What Is Photobiomodulation (PBM)?
Research from around the world shows that low-level light can trigger beneficial activity in cells. Photobiomodulation, or PBM, is now the standard term for this science in PubMed, the research database run by the National Institutes of Health.
Inlight's LEDs use PBM, light energy that works at the cellular level to improve circulation and help deliver what your body needs to repair itself. It is a photochemical response, not a heat response, so the pads deliver light energy without heating or burning the skin.
What Makes Inlight Different
- Polychromatic light. Most light therapy uses one color, or wavelength. Inlight pads combine two or more colors (red, blue, green, and near-infrared), and each color reaches a different depth in the tissue.

Light therapy questions, answered
Does it hurt? Does it get hot?
No. PBM is a photochemical response, not a heat response, so the pads deliver light energy without heating or burning the skin. Most people find sessions relaxing.
How long is a session?
20 minutes. Choose your pads, apply them directly to the skin, tap the button, and relax. Sessions run automatically with a built-in shut-off.
How soon will I notice a difference?
Everyone's body is different. Many people feel relief after their first session or two, and others build up over time with consistent use. I'll set you up with a routine built for results and check in along the way.
I'm not in Fort Collins. Can you still help?
